The nights when everything is crystal clear are best, you can sense the energy of everyone around you, lighting up, that’s a day when you have appreciation for what’s around you not just stuck in your head about things. It feels good to be observant. The otherwise introverted state of being feeling watched or judged is the same stuff that makes you feel small as it does to others. The melancholy despair a collapsing of things particularly in your forehead it seems that things darken not brighten with inner turmoils in life. And if you can’t see through it, don’t wait for others to pull you out of your despair in life, change will start with you. According to Oxford key characteristics of a person with an openness and ability to change have: [1]
- “World view or beliefs – in other words their perceptions, comprehension, and interpretation of the world”
- “Values”
- “Personality”
When it comes to “organizational development” these three areas are key. Do you have your wits about you, are you willing to learn, do you have limitations, do you take things personally, can you handle a joke, are you easily offended, how broad of an understanding do you have of life, what are the key factors influencing your choices and decisions in life or thinking. Are you limited to what you know, are you willing to learn.
When it comes to mental health we get limited by terms we either confine ourselves to or grow past from battling illness or succumbing to its grips. It’s like a definition was prescribed to you from which all routes and efforts should follow as though you are to fit the typography of only a few linear paths to ruin, disdain, disorganization and not make sense. That lack of openness toward you for changing in the positive can be based on a disbelief of you or because of something someone else has said which you cannot prove wrong or change. Change is not about your capacity to change others or to make people like you it’s based on your capacity to go with the flow and accommodate others and be reassuring toward all not to let people feel left out of the wood work.
One of my Dad’s favorite commercials were the values pass it on campaigns, so while blogging it became even more important for me to demonstrate holding good values by living a disciplined life while providing feedback to others. I feel like when things go wrong you can either make a list of crimes and go by events occurring and feel changed by occurrences or you can defy the odds in the face of ongoing crimes by rising above the patterns and creating terminology to go by that does not lead others astray to think like criminals or become disingenuous toward one another with an edge at one another in the form of handed out responsibilities or belittlements, there will always be those who either believe in your hype or blame your hype for crime and this can only be proven upon asking the offenders is this why you committed this crime because you don’t like Leslie and then everyone can ask what is it about Leslie that a criminal does not like or was not changed by her influence to do good in the world and turned toward a life of crime instead. That’s a huge weight of responsibility put on my head and chest so it’s not that I’m bogged down by small issues in life or could be the same big issues either you perceive as a trap I should walk through in life be blamed for openly without punishment or allow for continued belittlements to watch me end up being a nobody in life or suffer as though I was never somebody important. To me I’m important because I built a blog that supports others and to me supporting others and not working was more important than working through illness I would rather stay well and blog which means I am where I should be in life. -Starting work tomorrow for my Mom.
I only bring this up because if I were guilty I would be taken to court sued and put in jail if I hurt anyones feelings or hurt anyones outlook in life so that they could not be successful and think through their own problems in life and I am not that person in life naturally confused or come across as too strong, I’m soft spoken, I love with all my heart, I’m dedicated to writing and want to publish a book one day, that’s not easy money that’s 10 years of writing and self-publishing to become popular a good read online, and I think that I deserve to have a professionally bound and published book that represents all the self improvement and hard work that has gone into creating this online identity to be myself in life.
