Could’ve Should’ve Would’ve it’s time to put down the past and move forward. If after enough times of ruminating you can’t seem to get over issues and keep getting stuck it’s time to change your focus and not rely on just your mind to think for you. Frustration, feeling lost, or hurt is a good time to read and hear from others you don’t have to go through this alone. I’ve found the most personal growth studying for free online or paying for classes on Udemy or Coursera listen to courses it’s so good for your health to expand your horizons. Learning is fun! You should pride yourself in learning something new having a new thought and that should feel good. These are easy ways to break free from the chains of the past or that crazy thinking you feel stuck in. We all go through philosophical phases of over invested time and energy into our thinking but where is it getting us. If your thinking is not getting you past terrible feelings stop being so hard on yourself read up on your interests get outside of yourself!
