I Just Don’t Want to Think About It ….

We go through life, and sometimes we are reminded of things in life, sometimes we notice things later as things become more clear, and sometimes we get carried away in how everything is connected that we lose sight of a common purpose in life, and this is what I think affects the team spirit in sticking together, viewing wellness as a capability we all have instead of an exchange view wellness as something that is lost to another person, that simply isn’t true. It’s all a matter of your own strength as a human being to not acquire false beliefs in life that affect your opinion on matters or affect your interactions with others. We are truly one big melting pot, America, and I think at a time like this, we are all focused on the road ahead, who to vote for, and just want things to get better. Things won’t get better, if people are complaining, if we as a society become symptomatic and fail to see the blessings and the beauty in life, and you know what all lives are worth living.

A bad experience is something that you don’t want to think about, it reminds you of a trauma you experienced in life, whether that be a personal low, getting in trouble, experiencing breakups, moving forward, life is full of transitions in life, moving from one day to the next. So consider all these experiences apart of you, whether it’s a story told by you, or something that comes up personally that you think about which no one can read your mind, or is following you so closely to know your story better than you, not worry so much of every time, you hear something that reminds you of yourself, or everytime you see something that you identify with or can relate to. Im sure as a blogger having done so well on Cloudflare, Im sure it was alarming to see how many people felt helped by me, interested in me, worth following along, or relate to me, you’d be surprised. That sometimes the mental health issues that a person goes through and put on meds for, can be something completely different for someone reading not requiring meds, we are all different. I think it’s a blessing that I can write, and spare others the hardship of being hospitalized or going nuts and reading into things, or feeling lost in life, its not your fault, life can be overwhelming at times.
