Everyone Needs a Lift ….

Whether you think you deserve it or not everyone needs a lift and deserves to have their spirits lifted in difficult times.

This is when you get to be you most, branch out, sing, dance, pretend no one’s watching, watch stand up comedy, watch a movie, read a fun magazine article, you don’t have to be so hard on yourself and it’s not just you stuck in a serious place most of us get stuck in serious places in life we either can’t get out of, or wind up in our thinking processes wonder and have more than a moment of saying something you don’t need to say or could be said better we all learn eventually how to talk about life in a normal way to which others can agree.

Don’t be ashamed if you’re not so free still holding back emotions and commentary we all bottle up and find it difficult to open up every now and then, it’s not always your fault. There will be moments of quiet, moments of lift, moments of fun, moments of togetherness, moments of separation, moments of realization I don’t think we are alone in this how to spark a new insight or understanding of life that makes living just a little easier to manage on our own. -Ways to lift yourself include practicing gratitude and goal setting.
