The Secret to Staying Healthy & Happy ….

The secret to staying healthy and happy is to push yourself, set goals, work on your relationships with others, pick a hobby, keep up with doctors appointments, try therapy or any kind of counseling coaching, hire an attorney, do research, if it’s reassurance that you want to know that everything is okay or going to work out you won’t always get that from other people let alone any dependency online to any content period. Your in charge of feeding your mind, in times of doubt or illness or symptoms or mental health issues read, I always read books or sign up for a course that helps reset your focus to expand your thinking beyond what’s bothering you or you happen to be stuck on. As a blogger I go through this all the time, meeting the demand online to grow a blog, while producing content that’s somewhat standard not just about me. If you’re ever struggling to get your mind off things including negative thoughts your not alone and no one truly feels good complaining or not feeling well, dependent, or waiting, expecting or resenting don’t be one of them. You should always have all the tools you need to get through any situation or focus whether your writing or reading the clarity is in the organization of your written prose and that’s how peace of mind is made. Everything else is up in the air for comment hence removing posts, if I’m trying to move forward I have to stick to a standard online that I’m comfortable with otherwise I get anxiety I feel pressured I get pain (depression) I won’t feel well everything follows in the order and tone it’s provided a blog doesn’t haven’t to build upon itself but a bad pattern of opening up in a way that presents chaos toward me I’ve learned is not the best way to speak about life or explain my thinking on subjects generally.
