When you least expect it life finds itself out to be better than any moment or loss of clarity stuck in your head. Always pay attention to your surroundings and don’t forget to pick your head up. I know it took me awhile in more awkward stages on different meds it’s like I couldn’t get my look down either too boisterous experimental not the right clothes stuck in old navy and sweat pants and eventually you graduate to working saving finally assemble a solid wardrobe and what’s left at some point you have to stop shopping I know it’s such an addictive activity shopping online I used to get packages but prefer to go to a store.

When I experience periods of mania thinking about too many topics at once, trying to assemble a solid big picture of how I want to address the day or the feeling I get based on what’s going on in the world something always compels me to at least say something it’s hard to discuss the news with no journalism experience but at least I try a huge news fan I should read the paper too get in the habit. I just bought a stack of books from Barnes and Noble would like to settle down in terms of writing do a better job or skipping hyper manic phases of writing non stop and start with a concept my usual focus. Talking about life for me happens once in awhile I either talk about everything at once, have many ideas, take a long time to express an idea but all in all writing is sometimes the best way to get started how otherwise can you go from nothing to something your proud of.
