Do Your Best Not to Isolate ….

I was reading a book today that explained, “we can’t help or uplift anyone or anything else from a place of resistance and low vibration” if we don’t put ourselves first and that the more joy you embody the more you allow for inspiration to move through you. That to lift the world of fear, and fill it with light, it’s all about your energy. Recently Ive been struggling with staying positive, isolating, letting my energy get wasted, battling voices, and not saving enough energy to do things I like like blogging and talking with people I know or attending AA meetings. And it keeps bothering me that I allow myself to be taken away from doing things in life that would otherwise bring me joy. (page 81) [1] She cites to a course in Miracles, “The miracle is always there. Its presence is not caused by your vision; its absence is not the result of your failure to see. It is only your awareness of miracles that is affected. You will see them in the light; you will not see them in the dark.”

When I find myself in what she calls separateness, she tells us that you are choosing to lean into it causing yourself to believe things like, you’re not loveable, no one likes you, people are out to get me. She reminds us to not distance ourselves and “perpetuate the separation from love.” For me it’s like night and day, experiencing bipolar, compared to today calm and at ease, it’s like I don’t even relate to who I become when Im in that mental state of voices and defeat. So don’t worry you are not alone. We all get down on ourselves hard on yourselves. Just do your best. Return back from wherever your thoughts take you that make you feel lost or losing in life. You can win again. You can rebuild yourself and your self-esteem, you can find love and motivation and inspiration again.
