No matter who your audience is, never downplay the excitement and enthusiasm which is appreciated when hearing from anyone, you never know how people are feeling, so the more you keep things positive the better they will feel. As a person with mental health issues voices, sometimes I struggle with communicating how I feel. Neither directed toward my audience, or how I would talk to voices period, even if they existed, but from a place of frustration, which I hope people can relate to in a general sense, what it feels like to hear something you don’t want to hear.
How to talk to your audience. If you want to be a successful blogger like me and gain a world wide audience, you have to be disciplined in your approach, be kind enough to explain things, and make sure to add quotes and back what your saying with research online, they like when they can read and also be given resources that match with things that you are trying to say too.
According to Google.com, talking to your audience involved the following, “To effectively talk to your audience, key tips include: knowing your audience well, tailoring your message to resonate with them, using stories and personal anecdotes to connect, engaging them with questions, practicing your delivery, utilizing appropriate body language, and ensuring your tone is authentic and appropriate for the situation; essentially, put your audience first and focus on building rapport with them by understanding their needs and interests.” [1]
