Mental Health Blog

No One is Required to Know Me, Support Me, or Understand Me “bipolar is not contagious”

I think the main the lesson is that getting well takes a long time, not a rush, not a competition, not an exchange, not about love, and not about lawsuit or punishment anyone tough online not as tough as others or earning their stripes and respects in life the hard way, person by person, day by day, not any extreme level of wellness to just destroy or make a point about voices or mentally disturbed anyone with a condition of voices is beyond my comprehension how things get better with symptoms. But I’m sure the solution is not giving up or being punished or called stuff for no reason being up race or world peace on a level we just call people stuff for no reason, and let people get sick for no reason, is not the standard my education or work experience, or form of public speaking or website created “research for hate” not mindful of dealing with an issue using my own life and body and battling a concept relevant to who I am and what’s happened to me not just collapse or waste time in life getting sick or not call 911 if I’m not feeling well, that’s no one’s problem, no one’s emergency, no one ones perspective, no one’s right to hurt me, that’s the main point. Life is tough, and you get whatever voices you get in life, whether you are heard or writing, or not online, or in therapy, discouraged, on meds, off meds, have a companion or not, I think it’s to everyone’s disadvantage to bring up race and mental health and hurtful terminology and call that a joke or threat you face in life deadly not affecting anyone else a type of life I have or person I am in life to just get hurt, is beyond me. It’s not the voices that make me look bad or make everyone think something, I can’t control what everyone thinks of how everyone feels. That’s not my job to be online or offline or speak in private waste time on hurtful terms, forfeit my own progress and mental health on subjects and forms of abuse and intolerance and not okay to just be called stuff and expect me to stay well. If it’s not about everyone, then this website is not about hurting me and my reputation and making voices worse, it’s clear no one can help me and it’s clear disrespected on the basis of symptoms, and that you just have to accept, I may not be loved, known, hated, poor employed, special, pretty, somebody, nobody, doesn’t matter the last thing I need is insult or threat or be forced to put up with stuff or get voices and make up a bunch of reasons for who I am or what my mental health is. It’s no one’s loss to be spoken to, no one can guarantee wellness or work hard for no reason and be disliked or hated or called sick terms in life what’s more important, degrading and beating up someone causing them suicide and stuff shocking, not what I’m doing to myself or anyone is the point. Not me who is gone, asking for help or everyone’s attention or like or follow or manage an Instagram anyone who’s life is being affected by issues not of their own making. Just like everyone else living life it’s not a joke or words you just throw around and call me people shit outside of court and call battling or fighting hate or bullying or voices a joke, you know what’s a joke, is dying for no reason, that’s not fair deserved.
