Be Uplifting ….

When considering your options in life, and figuring out your own purpose in life, its a good thing to think about your own life, take time to pause, in the event that you are not feeling well or others always recommend professional help, and not be used as someone online who is blamed for how others feel, or face difficulties or disconnect or technical difficulty, as though thats the solution and meaning of prevention and mental health.

To me mental health is about getting help and not being judged for the help that you receive. To me sharing about medical care is not about being judged or recorded or watched or making up excuses to expose or shame a person who is bullied in public, thats not worth getting voices, and sometimes you have to stick up for yourself to prevent voices and thats what blogging is about, not about calling writing unnecessary not about insulting me or being rejected from medical care its about staying well, and being given meds, no matter how long it takes to do well and stay well, and no matter what happens.

You are not responsible for the health of others, everything can be proven or reported, or complained about, life isnt a secret, nothing is a code, no solution or system of emailing so easy or complicated, that anyone should take anything personally. To me voices mean setback, it means dysfunction, it means illness, it means suicide, it means self-harm, it means hospital, thats what it means to be bullied, means not wanting to be alive.

So in order to be alive and be supported, you move forward. You be a nice person. You dont let anyone make you sick. You dont get used. You dont let people call you a disease or make racist jokes about your health or line or work, and you dont let any lawsuit, bring you down, or convince others to hurt you and make you sick, thats not what court is for. Everyone is working hard, life is a long process of working hard and staying well, there is no quick remedy to just ruin or punish a person, and expect all of code to make sense or work out, without mention or public discussion, thats not the solution, refusing to prescribe meds, punishing me if I dont feel well, or spreading rumor about me and recommending PHP, and not respecting my privacy and need to talk in private, thats not the solution, to force me to speak in groups, and to get sick in individual care. There are so many ways to get hurt opening up, and thats a tough lesson, and a learning process.
