Everyone Wants Clarity ….

Everyone Wants Clarity ….

Everyone wants clarity, it was most difficult to be sober and pushed and to not be good enough given a hard time, and I never gave up and just drank and got voices, but I think a lot can get lost in the process of telling the truth. An honest take on voices and writing, is bipolar, you write and then hear what other people think. In the event of bullying, then you hear the rumor what is spread about you, and thats the voice that you hear the voice of the person who is offending you, and thats what you hear. The most important part is that you are not judged for what other people do to you, and you are not responsible for how other people feel and how their brains work or what meds are required or their comprehension of life and code, sexuality, or mental health, no sense of humor limiting.

I think a really big lesson on sharing on instagram, is to be valued as a person who is in public, and to also respect a person as a woman, who is not expected to inherit problems and issues and be mistreated or aggravated or hurt or threatened by any text or email or form of exposing a person and public humiliation, those are things recoverable, but not people I need to lose support because of or get in trouble, thats not what social interaction is for, just letting voices run rampant and rumor, and let me get hit with anything, and end up dead, thats not how you treat a human being, setting them up for getting hurt, or beaten, misunderstood, or disrespected, and thats not what psychiatry is for, to judge your past, not know you, to ask for information and to reject you thats really hurtful and not worth an initial visit, and something I am taking personally about help.
