I’m starting to lose weight and proud down from 200lbs at 188lbs right now and that’s a good start. Good news I don’t have a heart condition anymore no more valve leak but still on meds to help with blood pressure. Trying to take fewer meds these days given a shot to help with voices self harm. So far so good. Not getting rallied up staying positive. Not get my feathers ruffled over the little things. I’m told this is the real world it’s good to get used to being around different people and it’s not just my mood that I need to keep up with and stay balanced and stable.
