You are not alone, no matter how hard on yourself you are, you are not alone. All the times you wish things were better they can be better. All the times you’ve cried feeling lonely, we’ve all been there. The point is to love yourself anyways even when it gets hard. Practice self-care, easy does it. One day after putting in the work toward feeling better you’ll be glad you didn’t quit.
There are many systems of “providing support for mental health, grief, and isolation.” Peer support is so important. I hope that by reading here you feel supported and love, you truly are a blessing and big part of what makes this blog so popular and terrific. To combat feelings of loneliness, get back out there, make new friends, join an app, be social, join a group, show up to an event you never know who you’ll meet in the process of finding yourself again. Know that there’s no stigma in finding community that supports you and for what you go through on an individual basis. Utilize resources for overcoming that anxiety or depression, that’s keeping you from reaching your goals in life. In the end you are you, give yourself a hug and be proud of yourself for at least reading here and giving yourself the time to get help! So glad you’re here, keep up the good work.
