Grab a hold of yourself …

They always say to grab a hold of yourself, hold your horses. Which means to slow down, wait, be patient, or stop and think before acting or rushing into a decision. [1] Yeah I’m talking to you, that inner critic ranting and raving about what’s going on currently for you. Don’t take it out on others. No one wants to hear it unless you’re the type where humor is involved otherwise if you’re not the type of person who uses the F word don’t be someone misunderstood or semi offensive toward the company of others. It’s a different culture nowadays but that doesn’t mean be negative give up on your social graces and the peace of mind of those around you who maybe not always want to hear it. Sometimes words hurt. 

Life is a finesse sport more like golf, where how you swing at things at life determines where you end up in life and end up with others in their minds respect wise. People vent all the time but how many times do we vent and regret it later on, is that truly how you feel, or just in the moment feel that way. Always be in control of your emotions they say to be mindful.
