Be fearless …

Be fearless in the pursuit of your dreams in life. The only thing in your way is sometimes self-doubt. Thinking that as a last resort this is what you have to do to be happy. Take a step back don’t force yourself to do things you’re not proud of. Why rush the process. We all need some tender love and care, self-love will truly set you free. Pace yourself in life and ask yourself is this what I really want. What you get out of life is the work you put in. So make good choices. Let your fears go if they’re only holding you back. 

They say to be fearless “involves cultivating resilience, embracing vulnerability, and practicing self-compassion to manage anxieties.” [1] That’s exactly what it is things we think that prevent us or delay us from making decisions to try. Feeling like we’re not worth it or second guessing ourselves. Be resilient, you are not the only one with fears about socialization, romance, and career but that doesn’t mean don’t try. “Fearlessness is a bold sense of “allowing everything to be as it is.” [2]
