That driving force, is your inner strength, to overcome obstacles, realize your dreams, hold your head high in the face of setback, and persevere through all the storms in life, all your ups and downs are what make you who you are. The same goes for mental health issues, the more you isolate and convince yourself that there is something wrong with you, the further away you get from fully recovering and making your way back to a more normal state, as normal as you can make your life, dont be too hard on yourself, many people take meds, not just you, so thats the new normal, whether others admit to it or not, thats their business, so do your best, not everyone needs to know what you go through daily, all the more reason to keep your battles private, and rise above from setback.
They say that being driven is mostly self motivation, meaning it “involves a relentless focus on progress, often driven by intrinsic passion, personal growth, or a need to fulfill potential.” [1] Tell yourself, you are smart, you are likable, you are worthy, you are beautiful, you are a good person, you are capable of a great many things. The better you treat yourself the better things get. If you cant get up and go now, whats mostly holding you back is your viewpoint of yourself, who is the person you want to see when you wake up and look in the mirror, are you who you want to be, what needs improvement, and what are you going to do to get there.
