Mental Health Blog

All that you could’ve been …

I think about this all the time all that I could’ve been. It’s better to be happy with where you are then wonder where you should be, you’re right where you need to be. It’s time to start being thankful for the experiences that shape us, and recognize all the hits and misses in life as setting you up for success, even minor bouts of failure or rejection will become less and less consequential the more thankful you are for your life right now.

You are meant to be here first and foremost no matter where you are in life, no comparisons needed. It’s not about where you are it’s about what you are going to do here forward to get to where you want to be in life. Give it all you’ve got. Even if this is the best you can do right now. Remember that you are human.

Enjoy the life that you have and don’t look back. Be in the here and now. Stay present. Focus on yourself, put the blinders on, and don’t worry about anything else. This is your time to improve and put your best foot forward. Good luck, and don’t forget to smile, and love yourself for all that you are.
