Make it a habit …

According to one article habit formation [1] is key to maintain our personal health struggles. For me its voices, what am I going to do to change the voices I hear by differentiating my own voice, from the voices I hear in the negative.

What am I doing in life to prevent those types of voices from happening. That means self-improvement, being mindful of my communications and who I associate myself to in life, that means passing no judgment upon others, it means having a healthy mind set of no matter what Im going to get through this, whether people are on board with me or not.

Not everyone is going to support you in life because not everyone knows you or knows who you are or what you’re about. The people that love and support you most, are your Facebook friends, and fans, they are not judging you, they want what is best for and they are not trying to hurt you.

Your worst fears lie in facing your enemies in life, no one who speaks poorly of you is worth your time of day, no one who speaks poorly of you is worth having a valid opinion as to you, someone speaking poorly of you is trying to bring you down in life, which is why I said dont let up. If letting up is falling through the cracks in life, what are you going to do so you dont drown in their grips.

What are you going to do to stand up on your own two feet and say to yourself, no Im not going to let this person ruin my life, and what Im about, I deserve better in life, than to be treated poorly in life, I deserve better in life, than to be brought down by others in life. And go from there people who are going to judge you based on who talks to you in life, doesn’t know you and doesn’t see the positive in you, is all about what makes them feel better and makes you feel worse, which is what voices do, make you feel bad about yourself, and at your expense self-harm or become suicidal.

Im telling you its not worth it to let others get under your skin in that way, you deserve to be here, this is your life, and you deserve to be alive, dont let anyone convince you that you dont matter, dont let anyone convince you that you’re a bad person, and dont let anyone convince you to hurt yourself, or be hospitalized its not worth it.

People are going to hurt people who they want to take the place of, dont let someone hurt you so that they can be you in life, or steal your fans or your support systems from you, thats no fair to you, thats not fair to anyone, who doesn’t want to face sides in life, you dont deserve the mistrust of others in light of something bad that someone is saying about you.
