Have you ever …

Have you ever been in love with someone you can’t be with, then is article is for you. It can be challenging to accept your circumstance. Don’t feel defeated, we have all been there, whether it’s a casual relationship, or falling for someone who’s taken. Don’t burn bridges for the sake of love, you never know who you’re hurting in the process. Sometimes loving someone could turn into a fight you never saw coming, it always hurts to find out there’s someone else, or be accepting that there is someone else in someone’s life that takes priority over you. That doesn’t mean love yourself any less, or that you’re love is insignificant, someone someday, will come to find you and rescue you from what hurts most, being alone.

According to one article loving someone who is taken can be “a deeply challenging emotional experience,” but there is solution in finding yourself, and differentiating, between what you believe to be true, or recognize its just a fleeting desire. “Often times it requires accepting reality, establishing distance, and prioritizing self-care.” [1]  There may be no future in falling for someone who’s taken but there is some “personal growth, peace, and self-worth” [2] you can learn in the process. One mistake can be enough to prevent us for falling down the same rabbit hole in life, be someone worth loving and being cherished, you never know who might fan you back, in exchange for finding success mentally in your own life, thats what gives everyone peace of mind at the end of the day.
