Lose the front …

Lose the front and open up more, people are waiting to meet you, and there’s life on the other side of loneliness and people to know and love, that will surely cheer you up. Some times alone things seem worse than they are. Being around others helps to lighten us up. It’s okay to be serious to a certain extent, but not if it’s hurting your relationships in the process or preventing future relationships from forming. The less you judge others the less you will feel judged. Be open to meeting new people, doesn’t hurt to socialize with people different than you, broaden your horizons. Don’t pass judgment you never know who you’ll get along with in life.

According to Google, “Opening up more, whether in personal relationships or professional settings” allows us to “build deeper connections and trust. It is a deliberate, often gradual process that can improve mental health, foster creativity, and increase social support.” [1]
