Mental Health Blog

About

I have been a quotes blogger online for many years, and it wasn’t until I built a blog that I started building a following with likes and comments, which is something I have been working towards as a writer since beginning.

It has taken me many years to get established online, and I could not have done it without acquiring such a supportive audience of people equally enthusiastic about thinking about life, wondering how influencer systems work, and how to integrate different ideas, across all fields, create a successful balance of providing content that speaks to a broad audience, and embrace all the ways that make us human, and just how privileged we are to connect online, and help one another cope and improve.

Leslie A. Fischman (penname: mymollydoll)

I was an LLM Law Student who studied Financial Compliance and Risk Management, graduated Summer 2020, after completing my Dissertation. I am an Alexa Certified Blogger and have been Ranked 47,103 in the US, and a Top 100 Personal Development Blogger listed as #55 on Feedspot.

I have written two books and want to publish a book one day professionally (need to save up to afford the publishing fee why the delay), and blog here on WordPress and on mymollydoll.com (deactivated due to costs).

I have been blogging for 5 years now, since 2019 is when I added the blog distribution service by Blogpros, and started receiving likes and generating traffic to my website with limited use of Social Media to direct traffic to me.

I took a short break from blogging and social media 2017 to 2019 due to legal issues, I have since overcome, with a better head on my shoulders, comfortable on the meds that I have been provided. It has been my experience that if you want to work with others, and if you want to share ideas and see them come to fruition you have to be organized, get the necessary permissions, and know what you want and why you want what you want, and know your cares in life, and do everything you can to accommodate those cares, along your journey to becoming known as an author or model or whatever you want to be in life.

It all starts in those moments before you become someone you are proud of, and this is what my profile photo represents what I looked like dreaming, and before my website grew on Alexa, it was mid moment between writing online in public, before trauma due to COVID, and represents how I felt about blogging and what I felt it had the potential to do for me and others.

Caring has always been on my mind, especially when it comes to Brady, it seems like it was impossible to concentrate in law school when gun violence was occurring and this is what prompted me to visit DC, and take two weeks off law school to find myself and really think in that moment if things are not going well for me, and if things are not going well elsewhere, where else should I dedicate my time and attention trying to be something, or to just be myself and what I have work experience in.

Before you decide to help anyone, you first come to analyze who you are and why you are anywhere in life and what brought you there, you think what are my strengths and what are my weaknesses, and what would qualify me to help people who are above me, or my superiors in life. You think what is my job, and based on where you are and what you’re options are you do what you need to do to be you, and to also make their jobs easier not harder. If there is something that you can do, that you can see they would need help with, it would be the upset, if that’s something that you can figure out simply meeting a few people, then that’s where you set you’re heart, on making things better not worse for others and yourself.

If you can be recognized in a room full of people visiting the US Supreme Court, then that’s your first permission to do better in life, to fix yourself, and the fact that no one else is alarmed by your presence state of mind, shows that it puts people at ease to see that you are working on something and that it is clear that what you are working on is important to you. If you can find meaning in that experience, it would be to get well, so that you can be among people who encouraged you to improve, and who you got to meet in life, and who because you met, decided to keep going in life with your legal education.

If there is anything that my blog proves, it illustrates that no matter what you go through in life, you can overcome trauma, distress, embarrassment, let down, news stress, PTSD (repetition of feelings by story telling, and learn how to share your story so that you don’t keep getting hurt by what you say and learn how to say what you mean in the right way and be patient with yourself).

As a law student I started off strong receiving 4 As on essays in Torts and Criminal Law, and all As in Advanced Legal Writing and a Witken Award. I’m the kind of person when I set my mind to it, and study well and do everything I think I need to do to be prepared, that I surprise myself on exam day and have just the thing to say, and know just how to figure something out, and prepared. That’s the kind of student I was before anti-psychotics, but like many with mental health issues, you’re decline is you’re job to figure out, and by psychology standards whatever the problem is it is considered your job to figure out, all theories and rationales set aside for how things happen.

First figure out what is causing you difficulty, and when you figure that much out, it makes everything else in life that much easier, don’t leave yourself in the dark in life, on subjects, or wait until you are ignored to know what is wrong, why what is wrong is going wrong, and what you can do about it to help make things better.

I think my experience visiting the US Supreme Court shows that when I care and when I think it is important to connect the basis for connection is not later a disappointment or purposeful or made to happen. It is my belief that you are made to connect with people, who you can bring positive attentions to, who you are capable of helping, and who will be better off in life just from knowing you or meeting you, that’s an attention in life you don’t want to disappoint.

What is a role model? I think at 38 years old, I don’t have to credit only a doll company for my image and what I look like, I think you are a product of all the details of life that make you who you are, and who else would comprehend the meaning of who we are other than those responsible for caring for us in our childhood years and understanding the importance of taking care of others and ourselves, these are ideals that not just dolls teach us about life.

It makes sense no matter who you are, are you someone who is in need, or are you someone who when others turn to for support are able to provide words that make sense and make them feel better off in life. Perhaps the biggest dilemma of having mental health issues, to not be considered someone who makes sense, or takes good care of themselves, it’s almost as though if what you stand for doesn’t make sense than you can be used for example of something else in life, that you don’t necessarily identify with the mentally ill. Its a really defeating fact about life, that if people based on what you say don’t believe in your condition as created by circumstances out of your control, you can wind up in a more difficult position in life, explaining life from the shoes of someone who is being treated for mental health issues, and live the rest of your life disabled.

I never thought that I deserved that much, but I have done my best in spite of any diagnosis, been positive about myself, graduated, started dating again (men that care about me think Im beautiful and who look forward to seeing me support me, and see me as normal not as this person later diagnosed that concerns others who people don’t trust the opinion of) do your best, don’t give up, accept your defeats in life, mental challenges, and come to understand that life is not easy, so be easy on yourself in life, and don’t let what everyone things sway you’re opinion  about yourself and what you see yourself capable of.

If it’s a normal life that you want, without suffering from mental health issues, then focus on how life should be rather than worry too much about what life should not be, the more you focus on what is considered wrong with you, the less motivated you will be to change and fully embrace who you are scars and all.

I am a hardworking writer, who’s ultimate goal is to publish a book and on my way to being stable enough to work on a book, and have also grown and matured since I first started book writing. I think I’m in a better place now, with more awareness of the expectations of others, as well have had enough experiences in life to let me know how to be when I write a book, what not to say, what is worth saying, and prepared for the critique. It’s a very competitive market, you don’t have to be someone important to write a book, but you do have to represent yourself well and be deserving of being associated to a story where other have found world renown success. It almost makes it clear that if I can do no better, and have nothing new to offer in relation to how the public has comprehended the news and the lives of those concerning an important news story, then to make sure that whatever I have to add in addition as I identify myself and the significance of my story, make sure that the sense of pride and sense of belonging is maintained and stays in tact. It is a lot of hard work to be apart of a big story, you have to be smart enough that you’re not to blame, you have to be strong enough that you are not afraid of what people thing, you have to have a good head on your shoulders yet not take things lightly and constantly keep up with the upkeep of concepts and factors being negotiated in between all the elements that make you you, and what makes up everyone else, and where you stand in terms of acceptance for others as well as yourself, it’s a piece of you that everyone wants to be accepted by privileged to be apart of, witnessing your recovery, the changes you endure with mental health issues, as well as not be consumed by feelings being in your shoes, the struggle of a public figure, if you can’t be looked to for clarity, then not be someone who is viewed to confuse or taker away from the clarity of others on subjects, not be hard to understand, problematic, or have circumstances you can’t speak to or unwilling to discuss. It takes a lot of talking to minimize what’s bothersome, and if you get things right then you can be a top blogger like me, it’s all about the work you put into being you, your honesty, and you’re ability to perform among others without intimidation, jealousy, or competitiveness, when people are able to improve and find themselves and be okay on subjects and better understand you hopefully they can better understand the meaning and purpose of being identified in public, and what that means to them.

Themes on my Instagram include: Twitter Quotes, Self-Help Quotes, Analytics, Ranking, IMDb membership information (for sharing my story, input, analysis, interpretations, and insights), Humor, Memes, Selfies, Fitness Goals, Certificates, Credentials, CBT thought diary, AA progress and attendance goals, and who I like and what I admire about them, and how I am improving with thanks to those people in my life, there for me.

I am organized to the best of my ability. I am always doing my best, I hope that what I present in life is just as easy to read, as my present state is easy to live, behave, and do well in spite of what I have ever been through during the course of mental health struggles, and be the person I was before I encountered mental health issues, strong, resilient, compassionate, hardworking, and stable. Sharing to me is better than not saying anything at all, and hope that by sharing, this helps to create for more acceptance of people working through their problems no matter what they look like and sound like.

Not every published author will look like a magazine, newspaper, or million dollar book thats been edited and reviewed by professionals, some of us are just bloggers doing all the work ourselves and doing our best to keep track of everything in the process, on our own. Ive always been working toward writing a book, since beginning on Twitter, I think that its by improving that you become of value to any reader, and the value of what you have to say, should always be something that makes sense, now, before, and in the future, what is the most balanced way to talk about life and to share our opinions on matters, writing what is of value to hear, without getting stuck on whats frustrating about life, nothing is impossible. I believe with writing, there are more things possible than difficulty allows for, its a tool to get your mind out of feelings, and to put your mental focus on things that make sense to you, put into words, and go from there. We all have everything to lose when we are not doing well or feeling well, the goal is to stay in an upswing in life, so that when you hit hurdles or get knocked down, you don’t go six feet under and recover from those downs in life, and get strong again. Be strong for who knows you, be strong for who loves you, be strong for yourself, and overcome difficulty so that you have a future that is not hard, hard to hear, hard to see, hard to think of, or hard to hear about. Living a good life to me, means being someone to know in life, who others benefit from in knowing, feel good about themselves and apart of.
