A lot of good things have been happening for me lately, despite a recent incident of self-harm, I don’t know how that occurred, was probably getting voices and my feelings were hurt. That’s usually how it happens. But for the most part, I’ve been positive.
Here’s what is going well for me:
- Being there for my family, able to talk, make eye contact.
- Finishing courses on Udemy, continuing my education.
- Interviewing for 2nd jobs, Fingerprint for Success (Life Coaching) and Neighborhood Justice Program (Panelist and Volunteer).
- Work was going well for me 4-6 hrs a day, $16/hr paid paralegal.
- Blogging writing more, and got nominated for a Shorty Award.
- Dating my Ex again, part-time, we don’t text, and see each other often, and he has encouraged me to blog and allows me to blog, instead of texting him.
- I still get replies from Todd and #scotus, in the form of blocks & unblocks.
- I have been losing weight since stopping Invega, and my stomach is flat again -30lbs.
- I am being social again, and have a new friend now, and got texts from old friends.
- Started going to Therapy again, and attending AA frequently each week.
- Started reading books, and listening to audible books, stopped watching Fox News, and watch Haystack and other channels, since starting Apple TV this past Spring.
Here’s what is not going well for me:
- Recently taken off Invega, its been a month detoxing from the anti-psychotic.
- I haven’t been running (power-walking) everyday like I used to only 15 or less days a month, which is unusual. I used to exercise everyday at least 30 mins.
- I have not been modeling lately, nothing provocative and not taking selfies everyday.
- I have to find a new psychiatrist I meet with on Monday, for Invega alternative: Abilify shots, was recommended, so will have to see about how to get that accomplished.
- Still attached to #toddspitzer, which I think is helping my relationship with my Ex.
- I think talking to #toddspitzer helps, only if its updates and enthusiasm for him.
- Don’t have the heart to ignore and receive hate mail so talking to the Ex pen pal.
- Smoking, probably need to cut back, and get a lung, tooth, and skin scan, cancer.
- Im still sleeping too much, but awake in the mornings by 8 and in bed by 10 at least.
- I nap frequently in the day time, and will instead walk on the treadmill.
- I used to need adderrall to do things, I can do things on 10mg at a time now.
