Building Character …

I want you to draw a stick figure of a human on paper, then I want you to visually fill that space with all the things that represent you, how you feel, what you like, and what matters to you, this is a good exercise in creating an image of yourself that others will see, your identity. Similarly who you are and what you represent is visible on your Instagram, a place where we fill space that represent people and ideas that make up what we think and what others will think of us. In order to be popular, make sure to create an image of yourself that can be received clearly, what clearly states how you feel, what clearly shows what you mean, what clearly illustrates your direction and goals in life, and who do you think you are in the minds of others, are you fulfilling that role in your demonstration of self online, and how could you better fill that role online, as a life coach, public figure, source of inspiration, or advisor in life?

Being ranked worldwide 150,000s in websites is a huge honor, but it could not be accomplished had I not stated the following:

  • Who I am, my background, education, and associations.
  • What my website goals are: distribution, magazine, publishing.
  • What I think? What are my views on politics who are my favorites.
  • Where have I worked? What interests have I protected and provided work for.
  • What I look like? When do I look my best, what do I look like when struggling.
  • Full disclosure of mental health diagnosis? Whether bipolar, or now with schizophrenia.
  • Who do I date? Who do I love? Who have been my companions in life.
  • Sharing that you fan mail, who do you admire, who do you find inspiring.
  • What are my views on pop culture, in what ways have I contributed to an ideal.
  • Marketing, who do I market myself as “plain brunette” and how I became her.
  • What are my default insecurities? Friends, money, credentials, no JD.
  • What field am I working in? Websites, Blogs, Life Coaching, Life Advice.
  • What are my dilemmas? Lawsuit, fights with exes, no current social life.
  • What are my completed works? Books, Blogs, Websites: mymollydoll.com

  • Who do I defend? What are his issues? Why am I being protective.
  • How do I demonstrate that I care, where do I sit in public, court & DA’s office.
  • What risks am I aware of? Being hurt, being sued, being attacked, criticism.
  • How do I help others to be fearless? What makes me a strong people person.
  • Why is it important to be well liked? So that you can be helped not ignored.
  • Why is it important to stay positive? So that you don’t offend, or get too strong.
  • Why is it important to exercise? So that you can be strong within, resilient.
  • Why is it important to selfie? So that people can see who you are look like.
  • Why is it important to reflect? To see your views on news, fears, combat fear.
  • How street am I? What is my daily lifestyle, how do others respond to me in life.
  • How gamey am I? Who are my favorite musicians and actors/actresses.
  • What films am I inspired by? What stories do I relate to feel connected to.
  • What are my favorite songs? What type of mood am I in, do I have energy.
  • Clothes? Shopping and showing outfits? Do I put effort into my appearance.
  • Buying expensive makeup? To show that I care about my demeanor how it feels when you look at me, that care and careful attention was put into my image online.

It’s important to be yourself and that’s the risk you take upon presenting yourself to the world, not everyone will love you, not everyone will be inspired by your work, and to accept competitions in life, people who see what youre about and think that they can present a better version of what type of help and assistance you are trying to provide to others online.

Quick Ways to Feel Apart of Using Instagram?

  • Save the pieces that you like, create an album. Work with the pieces you’ve saved.
  • Review your posts and build from what you have provided. Create your own takes.
  • Set goals of content you want to provide and keep creating that’s your system.
  • Come up with a few elements and types of posts you’d like to make and build upon it.
  • For my blogs I have focused on: quotes, life advice, tip cards, life coaching @mymollydoll.lifecoach, for @mymollydoll1985 I focused on telling my story, sharing my growth and analytics on IMDb, Blogpros, and Instagram, goal setting, outlook, empowering opinions in life, wellness, fitness schedule, and AA attendance, and @mymollydoll_ life quotes, thoughtful advice on life, encouraging viewpoints.

Be welcoming to all within reason, although you become available to the world that doesn’t mean that you have to agree with what everyone is doing or saying and support it. It also doesn’t mean that you have to put yourself at risk of harm to address situations and news, that could put you at risk of harm or make others combative toward you. Share with compassion from others, whether that’s talking about a company: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, or people. It’s upon talking about others that a side against you is created that’s just journalism. Be clear on what you think and reassure that it is not for the purposes of people viewing your experiences as criticisms or condemnation of others or yourself (by sharing your story when it comes to relationships, companionships, or feeling hurt or struggling with acceptance of you mentally). How people will read your work matters, be careful of people reading in defense of others critical of you or likely to compare you to someone who is better than you if mentioned and be critical of how you live your life or what you look like to devalue your opinion as not meaning anything, or coming from a place that is not intended to illustrate a difficulty that we all went through, such as attending IOP with a Snapchat employee who was also suffering from mental health issues. Sharing my IOP story just goes to show that Tech and people working in Tech are also not immune to mental health issues, and likewise need to feel good and defended in life, this is why I added an Internet Defense League badge, because it is still possible for us to separate what we think from how we interact with one another in the real world, hopefully making the internet a more idealized way of how we would want to feel and look and then make sure that how we are living our lives and interacting with others is equally thoughtful.
