The only way to combat pain is to rest, stay calm, not waste energy on extraneous or tertiary issues, is not worth your time what matters most is your health, take care of yourself and be good to others and hope that all else false into place, not over complicate issues troubleshooting problems or conspiracies that don’t exist, what matters is that life is good, you have you, you’re in good hands with all the medical apps, you have your future ahead of you, no pain or damage is so permanent that should prevent you from living life and no attention so painful or negative that anyone deserves to suffer at the hand of another. Like I was told when hospitalized “God heals all wounds,” when you get better you have all the time to reassemble your life but it will feel impossible to put things together in the event you are in trauma and need to just focus on yourself, that’s when you say you know what this is too much, I know my part, I’m doing my best, if you can’t help someone upset call the police or get them help, and do your best not to fight with angry people that’s the lesson in being harmed or bully it only makes things worse for you moving forward when you are changed to conform to any position for blame or ostracism in life no one deserves that no writer no law student no ex no human being, accept your pains in life, take meds, and”things get better” I was told. So if you’re finding yourself in a place where you don’t feel good that’s normal based on what is not good occurring if you want to make things better get help, write letters, make phone calls.
