Response to Addiction & The Opioid Crisis …

It’s to my knowledge that things get better when focused on content that broadens your thinking not leaving you solely focused on what is painful. The only way to undo a pain in life is to have the ability to think and process and overcome a feeling that you feel stuck with. Sometimes meds help sometimes drugs don’t help especially not street drugs when it comes to feeling better or removing a feeling of pain or thinking that is causing you pain, there may be many reminders but it’s your job to not be convinced or reminded of feelings or be triggered by words to make you feel or remember a feeling that causes you distress or places you back in a place in life difficult this is something we all struggle with addict or not.

When things are difficult it’s the most challenging period in life to function speak and process, take it easy and do your best not to be upset by things in life or people there are many upsetting events and facts of life that are mentally disturbing and many ways things can be said unhelpful. It’s up to each of us to recognize what’s helpful or not helpful without suddenly declaring people to be devoid of concepts of understanding everyone or limited on the basis of how good they feel and sound, life’s not a competition, no disability is so hard that anyone should give up and no period in time is ever so dysfunctional ruined or not working out in the minds intended to cause anyone to self isolate or self harm or feel that their feelings or thinking can’t be changed fixed and made to feel good again. A lot about life is connection and interaction and it’s in moments of weakness and conversation most people prepared or having a clearer philosophy in life should not make you feel bad or think that your outlook in life or what you see or come to understand as true is hurting you it’s mostly people in life that hurt you and mostly things that people say are hurtful and most people don’t change until after a hurt occurs most people don’t take responsibility for their thinking towards others are capable of harming people mentally so it’s your job to be smart and get your thinking clear not be someone easily affected or changed on the basis of what’s controlling, each person is in control of themselves and it’s common sometimes in certain professional relationships that people don’t support what you have to say when sick and do their best to let you know that there is a better way of speaking or feeling so that’s the hurtful part of not feeling good until you know what’s causing you to not feel good sometimes that’s the part of life that doesn’t feel good figuring out why you don’t feel good and most people are uninterested in what ails you however at this moment in time everyone’s doing their best to make sure people feel good by others and some are excluded on the basis of symptoms no matter what the causes are.

My experience and know how to explain the stages of mental illness and conditions capable of incurring in life are based on my experience feeling or hearing things not connected and then writing and undoing that potential for ruin. Sometimes mental illness feels like an attitude or feeling directed toward you intended to cause you disability that’s how life works with #metoo everyone is sensitive about mental health energy luck and success and most people expect people to feel good and sound good and look good and with social media it’s easy for opportunities to not happen for you in life with acceptances when there are also sides of life interested in non acceptance and bullying and prosecution. That will never change about society feeling torn, or breakups, love, rejection, belonging, not belonging, addiction, difficulty, loneliness, popularity, isolation these are all normal stages of life no feeling is permanent not unless you allow it to be and all hurt is painful and also not permanent not if you allow it to be and most people are selfish and just want to feel good and smart so also take into account peoples need to feel bothered, picky, exclusive, or appear above issues, most are not either.
