Combatting Fear …

There are different types of fears that you can face in life, one of the most painful fears to face is being confronted with a truth that goes against your reality or presentation in life, when things are made to look different than they are. It is the extreme feeling of being confronted that causes one to be afraid for their life, not sure about their health, and go into physical illness. That’s fear, not knowing where its coming from but a force against you running counter to your interest in being with time, setting you against time, when time gets slow, that’s being punished, the days are long and painful, and the hours go by slowly, that’s being sent down in life, although your life may get more painful, the rest of life goes on without you, and sometimes that’s how people get separated in life, left in a slower life, so that people in other lives, are not perceived to be weighed down in life, or made scared by the same pressures or forces working against them in life. When there is a force working against you in life, that’s a position that majority doesn’t want to be situated in, people would rather be in places that are light, not places that are confronted or made to feel bad, so that’s exposure in a way that subjects you to being perceived to be on the wrong teams in life, when you get scared inside, feel sick and powerless, that’s you being confronted with a force or an outlook held by another, that is more stable than your present condition, and that’s to test to see what are you doing or why are you doing what you are doing, how are you feeling, or reacting, and if you get scared or sick that means that people think that your reaction is guilt or are blaming your connections in life, as though you don’t inspire positive change in others, seek to accuse you of turning others for worse in life, that’s the problem with this diagnosis, although I may change for the better, upon being pressured or confronted perform to a higher standard, not all people work the same, so I cannot explain for a criminal or someone who reacts violently towards others, that’s not my reaction in life or genetic makeup, to respond poorly to others, or to take, or be jealous, or competitive with anyone over anything, Im someone who others are stronger by, lighter by in terms of humor, who see more of whats going on, get into politics, and come to understand stories better, that’s upon exposure to me, sometimes its takes meeting a level headed person, to get stable yourself in life.
