The War in Your Mind …

The war in your mind, might be unique, but its something most people go through, whether searching for acceptance of themselves or others, it can be a battle, accepting things in small doses, without being too easily offended by anything you hear “delusion” that’s voices it starts a war in your mind, disorganizes you and affects your speech, so that’s voices, how you feel when youre hurt and how you sound when youre hurt, sometimes can be a frustrating process of trying to communicate. There are people who speak well, and they probably don’t have a war in their mind, for most people thinking is not a war, its figuring things out, and trying to assemble a comprehensive viewpoint of whats going on. So although there may be a war in your mind, learn to appreciate those who remain unaffected by the thinking of others, unaffected by the war in your mind, and unaffected by people who have mental illness, or carry any kind of disease, there are many diseases, one of the most difficult diseases to fight is mental illness, it shortens your life, it can cause you to be hospitalized, it can affect your face, how you talk, sound, ability to perform, not until something inside you becomes sick, has sickness taken over. Always have faith that buried deep within you, is who you are absent disorder and mental disease.

The war in your mind can be caused by being told something you don’t want to hear, being told something that hurts your feelings, or being told something to focus on something negative, it can be hurtful and challenging, and a grueling process to get through when you don’t feel good, but ultimately its your choice to feel good again, just make sure by the right things in life, not the wrong things. Chances are if you put yourself together and something about your assembly seems wrong, well that becomes the basis questioned from where did you arrive from, in what state where you in previously, compared to where you are now, and how did you get here, through writing online. How I fixed myself.
