(Article) 10 Ways to Not Panic …

Amid the chaos of instability, don’t panic, you are never alone, in the face of adversity. Trust that like me like everyone else, waiting for reassurances in life and permission to continue moving forward without delay. Sometimes the less you have the slower it is to get going again. So be sure to keep yourself equipped with tools and resources, to lift your spirits in any down or controversy, especially during enviornmental devastation, can cause most of us to pause and feel helpless. Remember where you are and why, these are the moments sometimes that automatically change those from focusing on details and harping on negatives to stop, but there must not be some result negative that should make or break and opinion left standing, so it’s not that we are made to care less, at a time like this, when you don’t have time to focus on all the details you’ve found to be wrong, at what point when anything bad is happening, can you let go of the fact that time is wasted seeking answers to problems and expecting the answer to come from outside of you or expect a specific person to correct a feeling or explain a period in time or any environmental trauma, this I don’t think all people have an explanation for, and these are traumas that we would all want to know more about how to prevent, that’s a common cause to care, or a common trauma faced upon watching anything devastating happen on the news, you just don’t feel like yourself, you don’t know what to say, and you too would want to know what are the causes, and in addition to determining the causes, figure out in what way, are you more or less likely to figure out why than anyone else, then determine whether you have a responsibility to speak to that trauma, or to speak to other things absent that trauma. I think addressing trauma is a risk for anyone, and I don’t think there is any perfect way, or taking into consideration everything that everyone thinks and all the possibilities. Don’t wait until something bad happens to be proactive, as someone with experience free writing for years and working from home, in the event of trauma, everyone feels frozen and stuck in time, that’s common, we all want to get back to a state of wakefulness, where things feel better, so accept all the sudden reactions and panics you may endure, or all the ways you can configure what could be wrong, don’t expect anything going right in life, to be the cause of any environmental trauma which is not always a consequence of human error, in any realm, historically, so accept your fear and all the bases that you can think of would amount to a wildfire, and remember to take a step back and remind yourself that it’s not your fault, that God is not attacking us, that there is nothing so wrong as to convince anyone else to be subjected to trauma or devastation on such historic levels of ruin in life, is not and should not be in anyones power to create for such traumatic losses and consequences, anything that is counter evolution, is not the agenda of God or nature, to send anyone back in time, freeze, or disable any human beings capacity to be at peace and feel safe in their surroundings, chances are if you can’t function, so will the person next to you respond, so on and so forth, in any system made to go by eachother, what can be learned when any frequency between people is made to be frozen or stuck in time, what can be found in any state of wonder, other that air, if that’s not your peace, its better to be absent trauma, than to experience it for yourself, so accept the feeling with grace, that it could be you and its not you, and sometimes that’s a good way of recognizing and caring for those in all seriousness, faced with devastation and irreparable loss due to environmental destruction, it shouldn’t happen, and its not a pattern of any State, or of any Country, be made to suffer on such a molecular level at all. It’s not whats wrong that gets repeated, God wouldn’t allow humans to evolve by repeated wrongs, so don’t view environmental devastation as a repeated wrong expressed by God, coming from humanity, theres no such thing as evolving and surviving in a way that’s wrong, who can move forward when somethings wrong, most of us are made to stop or pause when we feel like something wrong, it’s not in a human beings control to click on and off their feelings, and set themselves back center, its an earned state of mind, to be clear headed and confident, its not by money education or success, its an earned state of mind. So if you ever feel like your being pushed back into an aboriginal state, and really hyper sensitive and paranoid or worried, trust that whenever you are forced to rely on instinct that’s just your body telling you to listen to yourself and how you are feeling, and its to protect you, and understand that when you are at ease, and feel like moving, being wakeful and alert is to make you aware of your surroundings, so accept these stages of introversion, exploring wisdom, thinking about life, and reality, its your future and mentality to mold, and its your contribution to earth the thoughts that you have in life, and how you take good care of yourself and others, we can all learn eventually, that who we are, affects others and how they feel, and so long as you are always sensitive to the needs of others, its better for you to change and accommodate others, than require people to change as though they should be able to read you, or understand what you are thinking, most people don’t feel good until they know what you are thinking, sometimes that makes people feel better, to know where you’ve been, where youre headed, and what you are working on now, in relation to what, and in what way is what you are doing now, preventative when it comes to making not only your life better, but also the lives of others.

Here are 10 Ways to Not Panic:

  • How you feel and what you think is only known to you.
  • Your experiences in life help to inspire others, and sometimes make us the same.
  • Be able to help yourself so that you can help others.
  • Remind yourself that you don’t have to explain trauma, crime, or the environment.
  • Remind yourself that in the event of trauma, how you are feeling is not your fault.
  • With kindness recognize losses, as a wake up call, however caused sometimes hurts.
  • Do your best to seek help, counseling, or second opinion to your thoughts or worry.
  • Don’t seek to justify environmental degradation, is not the fault of humanity, or human error.
  • Rely on people you trust, not all advice will resonate especially not from who you don’t relate.
  • Be there for others, no one deserves pain or suffering or blame, for any content, or success.
