Mental Health Blog

It’s Day #10 at OCDA, Making Progress …

When things get better I promise I will start listing in summary the stages and how to overcome the hurdles and controversy, trust that voices is not some annoying condition of hearing others as a blogger I think that’s a normal thing to hear what people think, its always a concern how people will interpret or come to understand what you are saying without feeling like youre being frustrating or difficult. When the times are tough, prepare yourself for busy people, more disinterest, and more pressure to quickly solve your own difficulties, without sacrificing the peace existing among everyone else who should be affected in the same way, sometimes we experience more chaos based on privilege to blog, so expect that when you have a blog that’s mostly accepted, no one else has to go out of their way to take the risk of approaching subjects in way they could be blamed, so accept the distance, anything you go through isn’t officially a solution, until you can in a simple way say a few things to reassure others: all losses are difficult and important to remember, not take these losses for granted and do our best to care and prevent anyone at any stage of life from getting to any place in life that they would be subject to leaving a great life behind, it’s always shocking and tragic, I don’t think people should be blamed for addictions as though they left because of what they took or how harmed, so while we are made to remember and be at a loss for those who work so hard to be recognized, never forget your job as a fan or supporter to lead a life that upon witnessing or viewing lends insight that discourages people from taking risks or be made to appear like they’ve given up, let no loss, explanation or fame suggest someone successful is going through a different stress from the stress of the majority, as someone with an Instagram of 18-40 it’s a young audience, and Ive addressed how shocking schizophrenia sounds, sometimes its called something that you’ve not allowed to get out of hand, so going against what another says to help you, it starts with your acceptance and not making a big deal of what things look like or how people are made to feel, I felt like maybe I was something that anyone was convinced to not stick around for, I am just like everyone else, when you meet people, and everything is working out for you mentally, who wants to be changed to feel like any belief isn’t making the rest of your beliefs work, don’t meet people after they are gone …. Based on your age group …. Its probably a good idea to speak to these losses, not because you know why, because its not their fault, as someone 38 its probably my job to not say too much like talking to kids, simple conversations, my niece just texted me, of course Im not going to text her random stuff, so maybe that’s a lesson in trust (filter more) by age expect people are learning …. And if you have experience in writing and mental illness, don’t let anyone convince you life is difficult or dying is the answer to your problems, if your head shrinks and neck gets skinny show up to the DA’s office and connect you computer and phones to their internet … its none of my business how or why that happens, but lets not forget a life is good and should be totally not complicated life should never be so challenging that Im taking pills and sitting for hours outside, there should be so much going on, and so much challenge to speak to everything in enough time to have done a good job, and not need to cancel out any feelings, when things are good, take a step back, self medicating is setting yourself back becomes something that throws you off center, so sit with it, a day off at the bar, you can lose everything in life.
