After a few days rest coming to terms with recent personal dilemmas concerning voices and integrating socialization to my life maybe it just means nows not a good time. If you could be doing something more important with your time is what to ask yourself if ever not sure if you are where you’re supposed to be. Enjoy life just don’t take risks with your health. For every battle, blackout, memory loss, shouting, head hitting, crying, represents a loss that you experience of self the goal is to earn back who you were before that loss of self.
Recently for me it’s been about living free of bullying voices which occurred for me the past 3-4 days so for that I’m thankful. It’s now about what I say practice on not oversharing the difficulty and present the solution, nows when words matter. Whenever you say or do something you regret that takes away from your integrity as a person and trustworthiness, when people can’t expect solution for you this creates problems for others accepting you. So instead of providing excuses for non acceptance don’t change to accommodate hate continue to be yourself don’t change your look demeanor attitude gifts in life to please any side, what people want is you well. There’s no strategy necessary for wellness other than to do what is appropriate, be out of harms way, say what is right, and not cross boundaries with others. With mental health staying well requires you to reach normal states and when you reach a normal state this makes people feel less abnormal what wellness is for.
So the good news is my case may be dismissed I just have to hold tight. Struggling for more than a year given a hard time for loving Todd Spitzer don’t know why everyone else got to meet him hug him talk to him be helped by him except me. Why was that not approved? I’m going to be assigned a forensic psychologist to figure out what’s going wrong for me, and to share my story with. —So I’m sorry for recent outbursts, need to handle my problems in private and do my best. Sorry to worry anyone, continue to work on staying sober, mindful of my “frustrations” or temper, not be combative, represent others well, not be subject to attack if there’s racism, continue to be open and honest with courts, and do my best not to put negatives online. & prevent losses!
