  • 8. Breathe with purity of heart: Knowing you have only the best intentions will infuse your breathing with peace.

As users progress through the system, they are introduced to a technique called diaphragmatic generalization. This is where calm breathing is paired with experiences typically associated with shallow breathing. The process helps people associate relaxed breathing across different contexts and challenges, empowering them to overcome the automatic stress response often triggered in demanding situations.
