How to Make Your Life Better ….

Trust me I’ve been there, stuck in bed all day, blaming meds, constantly tired, unmotivated, not able to get a job, you’re not lazy! You just need some direction, trust that the solution to your problems in you to change, get better, and live a better life. I’ve not improved on my own, how I improved is by getting help, going to the hospital, going to therapy, being taken off meds, being put on meds, working, not working, working from home, all you need to do is focus on staying well, and not take for granted your good days, by taking chances with your health, thinking more will make you feel better.

Wanting more, is the addiction component, of feeling good, your bottom limit, should be as soon as you get back to normal, [1] your pace in life, energy, is nothing you should punish yourself for, or be too sensitive when compared to others. -It’s to my understanding if you are prescribed meds the right dose is something that you don’t feel the effects of, or not supposed to feel, side effects is something to discuss with your doctor to adjust your meds and doses. (Re: Addiction) … So if I take an extra pill to feel better chances are this will affect my performance or stamina not how to deal with poor feelings, bullying, or voices. In the event you don’t feel well it’s to my understanding to take an anti-psychotic rest in bed not push myself if I’m not feeling well tired.

The only difference between those who make it, find success, get jobs, have amazing careers (if you consider blogging one of them) is because they take those chances when they are well, and take those chances even if they are at rock bottom, try again. Notice the amount of effort required to get there (whether your up or down), be where you want to be, apply to the right jobs, find your people in life, life wasn’t met to be lived alone, don’t shut others out.

No matter how hurt you are, take that time in private to go through those resentments, discomfort, and judgments, but it’s up to you to be happy to attract things into your life, you deserve. Focus less on what hurts even if that means the past, be grateful for the moment and process in therapy or with a doctor all those difficulties that have come to surface, you’re not alone. -It’s to my understanding if you are prescribed meds the right dose is something that you don’t feel the effects of so if I take an extra pill to feel better chances are this will affect my performance or stamina not how to deal with poor feelings, bullying, or voices. Life kind of requires you to have normal conversations, smile, be excited to see people you know, a sense of relief that you are okay, and others are doing okay too, be someone not hard to hear from. That’s what therapy is for or any other form of journaling. I’m sure you’ve seen me at it online trying to get back to normal, I’m just glad that if you are in a good place smart enough to read from me, that you are smart enough to help others, even if my words don’t match exactly with what you would say if you were in my shoes. I can sense that could be a frustration, with everything in reach 300k+.
