Your new beginning starts with you, letting go of the past, let go of what others think, don’t be hard on yourself while processing or in therapy, remember who you are, not get sidetracked by mental health symptoms, and continue to live free of discussion of things your not comfortable with or issues or diagnosis that falsely portray you as worse than you are. Only you know your mental health. Once you can accept who you are and what you look like then others can.
In this world full of emotions, different energies, and opinions it’s no wonder it can feel very vulnerable and time consuming to prove your wellness or open up in a way that you can’t get hurt in life. We are all afraid of getting hurt or being faced with rejection or negative opinion. Being online doesn’t mean you’re free of interaction it puts you right in the middle of what human interaction is and what it means. Including how you sound, who reads, and what people pick up from what you’ve said, is all in your control no one more or less skilled in writing value.
