It’s Finally a Good Day ….

So much has happened since I last wrote, I started a new job, survived my first day of work, and working through mental health issues texting my therapist, and writing letters, or emails until things have finally gotten better by today and so thankful. I know discussing voices is a very controversial subject and requires treatment and medications, so I would never describe something Ive been treated for or overcame, to which no solution can be found. I do believe in 8 years that I have ever suffered from voices, Ive made a lot of progress through therapy, hospital, IOP, and time off adderrall, sometimes that’s the only solution, to take a break from everything, including phone and computer. I just wanted to touch base with everyone, and see how everyone is doing. I know Im going through a difficult transition right now in life, to start working everyday, and hope that everything works out, and can still have time to blog, and support my audience in any way I can, not limited to only times in need, but to also be able to share good news, and be in a place that would make others happy for me or proud of me. So have a good day. Hope that everyone continues to focus on themselves, and stay focused too like I have, and look forward to my next post.
