Maintain a Positive Attitude …..

Always maintain a positive attitude, I cant emphasize this enough, especially out in the open online, with so many political arguments underway, and movements in the works, you really don’t want to get anything wrong, and have people turn on you, go against you, be angry with you, be racist toward you, bring up international issues like World War 3, or gun violence, or any conspiracy period.

It wasn’t until I became a blogger, that I was made aware of how damaging conspiracy can be used toward a person, who grew up close to a family who was famous. You would never know, had I not blogged, which is discouraged, what’s attributing to mental health issues, and I’m sure its not anyone who is doing well, or any movement past, or any war period, I think I’m strong enough and well-liked enough, with no history of fighting, to know how to deal with voices, and confident in my ability to overcome the symptoms, no matter how they worsen, or by which writing, or state of mind or condition of disability is exposed about me, I know to always do my best, stay level headed.

When facing negative voices, which we hope is not confused as representing any people in real life, group, or legal issue period, but accepted as a mental health issues a person is personally working through, leave no room for mistaking a blog post, or messenger conversation as being directed toward any people type, or reflections on life, discriminatory toward any personality type. “Maintaining a positive attitude when people are being negative towards you is important because it protects your mental well-being, allows you to respond more effectively to negativity, and can even influence the other person to be more positive, while also preventing their negativity from significantly impacting your own life and emotions.” [1]

Whenever Ive had it, limited, or maxed out, when Im getting voices, I always call for help either calling 911 to report the symptoms, or condition of self-harm, or talk to the Sheriff to describe how Im feeling, what Im fearing, never afraid of being known or getting in trouble, always someone trying to help make things better. It’s not the audience type that should put me in the frame of mind believed to be correct, my readership could be people who know me, co-workers, medical professionals, people with mental health issues, politicians, people in entertainment, or someone I love or have loved, its all about creating a safe space to talk. I would never consider blogging as exposing myself, I rarely share photos, I keep my love life private, I don’t expose people Im friends with or show text messages, and to me that’s living a safe life, when you have your privacy, and when everyones given an opportunity to study you or get a reading from you on what is or how life is treating them, not someone combative, or negative, or jealous. I love myself, I don’t need to be compared to someone with money or big houses, or beauty to make me feel small, I can be happy for others and support others. Therefore don’t let my weight or body type confuse you about whether or not I take good care of myself and others, a strong person, not for fighting, or negativity. I think a limit upon hearing an offensive word repeatedly is not condemning men or women who find humor in such terminology, all I have to say about hurtful words, is that I don’t use these terms, I don’t look at people, I don’t date, I don’t friend anyone, I can get a job, and I love who I am on earth.
