Feeling Let Down ….

We have all been there getting our hopes up and feeling let down. Hey it’s not all that bad think of everything to be grateful for – think of all that you do have. One of the toughest parts about love, loving others, loving ourselves is that idea that belief that a person can remedy from within what’s bothering us about our past waiting on that person or something or something to carry us forward to the future. But the reality is we have to do for ourselves what others cannot do for us, grow, learn, change. We have to fully accept our flaws and really dig deep what’s that missing piece from within that we believe another can fill, can we fill those shoes ourselves in life or will we forever be waiting for someone or something to complete us.
