The stress of life can be unbearable at times. Wanting so much for yourself yet feeling as though you have so little. Be grateful, cut out negative thinking and start being positive. I notice that when I hear the positive but go into delusion and think the negative I’m only letting myself down and others not to mention becoming emotionally unregulated leaves such an awkward feeling to not feel well. Know that you can overcome those feelings of anxiety and stress doing the right things to get back on track. Reach out get help, seek treatment, read books keep educating yourself on it. According to Google.com, “To combat stress, prioritize self-care and employ techniques like exercise, relaxation, and social support. Managing stress effectively involves developing healthy habits, such as regular exercise, a balanced diet, and sufficient sleep.”
