If you’re scared take a deep breath. This will all be over as soon as you change your focus onto something positive. Bottling up sucks. We sit with our thoughts, get stuck in our own head, and scare ourselves to death over nothing sometimes. Don’t be scared, get proactive. Ask for help, discuss your thoughts, and go from there, it’s no use keeping it to yourself. Chances are others have been there too and you’re not alone.
