Podcast: Emotional Boundaries ….

It’s not your responsibility to fix everyone. Growth won’t happen fixing things for them. Emotional reactions are for them to manage not for you to absorb. Don’t over think it speak from your values not your emotions, (emotional boundaries) doesn’t require permission to be valid. Just be respectful and follow through with action. Don’t expect others to respect boundaries not clearly communicated. Things not spoken only leads to resentment and confusion. You don’t owe people an explanation for every boundary set. They don’t need to agree with your boundary. -Next time you need to say no do so without an explanation attached to it. You don’t need to explain. Let silence be apart of your emotional boundaries.
