Mental Health Blog

You can do this ….

The truth is we don’t have experience with what we want, and too much experience in things we already have, we must find an in between. How to achieve when we don’t know what we’re doing and we don’t know how to get there. It’s like school you don’t know until you learn and then you do know. But do we have time to learn …. Of course we do everyday is a day to learn something new, about others, and about ourselves. Recently I’ve been practicing social skills which I don’t think I’m the best at, was terrible used to stare at the ground and not talk to anyone or only talk to those who talk to me, but recently working up the courage to talk to others, you won’t know unless you try.

Google.com says, “To “learn from life’s lessons,” one should approach experiences with openness, seek wisdom through reflection, cultivate resilience, and actively apply new understanding to future actions and decisions, recognizing that learning is an ongoing process of personal growth and development.” [1]
