Sometimes it takes a little guts to keep going and not look back. That point in your progress when you refuse to let the past define you or allow that trauma to take over you and stop you in your tracks. According to Google.com “Moving on from trauma is a non-linear process focusing on rebuilding safety, processing memories, and integrating experiences.” [1]
They say to practice self compassion. Healing takes time. Don’t blame yourself for the worlds problems in life, don’t accept blame either for things that are not your fault. We all play a role in this life, “avoid self-blame” for other people’s reactions in life, to you or others. It’s not your fault. [2]
I used to think that everything that happens to me in life affects others. The truth is everyone leads their own lives, you have to fix yourself and not allow yourself to fall victim before you can help others who may feel victimized by others. That’s how you overcome the hardship of having been hurt, let down, put down in life don’t let anyone hurt you or make you feel less than. You deserve to live a better life, surrounded by the right people it’s said that “God heals all wounds.” Be a strong person moving forward take precautions, get help, lead a good life, don’t allow the demons of others to affect your own sanity in life.
