It’s the little things that count …

It’s the little things that count, whether it’s being there for someone else or making a small change to your daily routine, the change doesn’t have to be big to see results. Don’t be pressured into anything major if you’re not ready yet, do what you can handle in the moment. Spare yourself the time and energy of adjusting too much. No need for any abrupt changes to your routine or outlook. So much is going on in the world right now first and foremost be kind to yourself. Don’t rush the process.

They say “small, consistent actions—kindness, attention to detail, gratitude, and presence—have a profound impact on relationships, leadership, and personal well-being.” [1] Time is precious “spending a few moments with others, shows you sincerely care and value your relationship with them.” [2] Pay attention to those you care about, being there for others may bring us peace especially in times such as these. How can we not care for eachother. It’s the “little things that bring us joy and appreciation in our lives.” [3]
