Don’t speak badly of others ….

When you speak badly of others it just reflects poorly of you. Avoid negativity at all costs it will just eat you up inside. Do your best to let go and focus on the positives. It’s not worth your time and energy. Don’t say anything you’ll regret. If it’s not something you would say in public than don’t say it in private. The longer you stick on a negative topic the more negative you sound. There are better ways to show your cares in the world other than talking about what bothers you. You can’t change people. Some people will never change. It’s up to you to flip the negative into a positive. Rid yourself of that negativity doing positive things for yourself to overcome those moments in life when you can’t seem to wrap your head around the negative. It’s not your fault some things and people don’t make sense. Especially inappropriate people who just say things for a reaction click ignore and let it blow over let them be them and you be yourself. You don’t need to chime in just listen like a fly on the wall and neither nod nor agree or smile or waste time worrying too much about negativity. Sometimes negativity is just there to stay, but make room for the positives in light of the negative that’s you doing your part to actively be a positive sounding board you never know who you’re helping just being you in the positive.
