Mental Health Blog

It’s a depressing truth …

It’s a depressing truth but you will get through it with enough support. Sometimes treatment is needed to recover from our biggest downs in life. And it’s okay to admit your downs in life it’s what makes you who you are and you never know who you are inspiring to recover and not give up in life. People apologize once you improve and overcome their demons keep those entities at bay away from you and don’t inherit the stigma of what other people think of you.

This is your life and you deserve to live free if discrimination and bullying. It may not be everyone’s cup of tea to watch someone hurt you in public and hopefully they will understand when someone lies about you to get everyone to hate you. No one deserves that kind of treatment in life. Just don’t give up.

No one wants to be exposed and private photos posted of them online, and he was found and arrested and we don’t talk anymore. There were good moments of support but the worst moments were too much to bear mentally and made me really sick, fighting for my life and battling addiction and self-harm (hitting my head). It’s not okay to hurt me, you will be reported, and I will file a complaint with the court, and file a police report.
