We all deserve the right ….

Everyone deserves the right to live free of negative judgment. If you are a good person, who means well, and who speaks appropriately, we should therefore be offered the benefit of the doubt. No matter the association, or your past. We all go through dark phases in our past, where we are less than able, to stay strong in spite of the circumstances. Things really do come full circle, when we are positive about ourselves and others. That positivity, prevents others from feeling judged too, and improves your perspective on what others think of you for that matter, with less worry.

When we let go of worrying what other people think, we leave room for compassion, and the more others feel understood, the less waves you will have to endure moving forward. Be kind in all steps forward, you never know who’s hurting inside, and just doesn’t mean to make you feel any different about yourself. According to Google, it’s important to “realize that people are too preoccupied with their own lives to focus on you.” [1] Instead we should work on “building self-acceptance, focusing on our own values, and understand that others’ judgments often reflect their own insecurities, not your worth.” [1]
