- Work from home, unless made to apply for a job to be supported.
- Blog, but not in a way that subjects me or others to harm, hurt my identity or theirs.
- Write directly to the courts in the event I am being made to defend self interpret others.
- Not subject myself to bullying, continue to keep to myself, stay home, stay in my room.
- Not date until I am feeling well, stay in touch, be a supportive or loving friend if I can.
- Support all those who March, continue to help in the recovery process from trauma.
- Try to finish my certificates in research, and continue to take courses on Coursera.
- Continue to improve my health: through writing, and walking everyday, take as directed.
- Not communicate to any incoming calls or texts, block all calls and texts.
Recovery from self-harm (head injury): Takes 2 weeks, number of incidences, not since August 2019.
Recovery from alcoholism (drinking alone): 8 years, home, I don’t go out at night, or 1x a year.
Recovery from cocaine (in relationships or with friends): Not participate and not ask for it.
Recovery from medication (overdosing): Set reasonable goals in terms of jobs and dating.
Recovery from sex addiction (birth control): Always use a condom every partner rest of my life.
Recovery from messenger (fan mailing): Not talk to anyone, unless they are the courts.
Recovery from suicide (photos): Not share pictures, not explain self, not justify self-harm.
Recovery from Mourning (mental health): Represent the issues well, not read who is not here.
Recovery from Bullying (self-harm): Not mention it, be loved, then be made to hit my head.
Recovery from Blogging (Twitter): Nothing in short, no code, no use of letters or numbers.
Recovery from Shopping (Saving Money): Don’t buy any new clothes unless necessary to be out.
Recovery from AA Meeting Attendance (Speaking): No discussion of mental health issues.
Recovery from Misinterpretation (Influencing): Every word should not connect back to me.
Recovery from Mental Health Issues (Bipolar): Everything said is permanent first time around.
Recovery from Humor (Referencing): Anything said should be a direct reflection of me, my life.
Recovery from Reporting (Calling 911): Handle more feelings on my own, voices, etc, be strong.
Recovery from Obesity (Image): Not be gay, dont look at pictures, and lose 50 lbs again.
