Do Your Best …

Do Your Best …

If you’re having difficulty doing your best right now know that you’re not alone. Just found a workbook “Unburden yourself of anxious thoughts and overthinking by finding your inner place of peace.” [1] Let’s not all hit rock bottom to understand what it feels like to be powerless to any amount of stress in life, you can do this, one foot in front of the other. Ive noticed recently have been struggling talking about life for example without sounding like someone who doesn’t move on in life and doesn’t bear any resentments. That was who I thought I was before attending AA meetings I was never a drinker to begin with only when out with friends, well as the saying goes you live and you learn. I think conscious awareness of your defects is worth staying sober for not everyone can handle their liquor and still be taken seriously. It’s pretty much admit the point at which you ever didn’t feel good and used a substance to feel better whether that be alcohol or meds. So that’s what you learn at AA meetings that you are not alone there are varying lengths of use, variety of substances, and for the most part success stories it’s so important to be there for others and this is why they tell you it’s not all about you. When I hear that statement I think it’s not just me in my body figuring life for myself but it’s also others in their body figuring out life and working their problems too, out loud. So don’t give up, continue to do your best and be a strong person you’ve not let anyone down until you fall off course stop improving or make anyone who knows you not feel proud of you and how far you’ve come as a writer, blogger, student, and hopefully soon to be employee this year.
