Prevention and Integration …

Most interventions are grounded in “behavior theory” in which various methods are used to evaluate and assess the use of technology before ideas become outdated or obsolete. It is the goal of most academicians and medical professionals to improve health outcomes by achieving “meaningful and sustained improvements” overtime. [1] However we cannot always rely on waiting for outcomes to be achieved before putting systems in place to regulate the emotions of others. When things are becoming increasingly intensified, and when the overall outlook of the big picture becomes less influential in simplifying our comprehension of what works, it is always best to review, revise, and have your ideas be given permissions to continue. This is what talking to the courts or police is about, it’s not about reporting or talking about others, its specifically to talk about what I’m thinking and decide what is okay, and to identify myself as someone who is helping.

Just as we modify “lifestyle behaviors … to improve health outcomes,” [2] so can we modify how much influence ideas or thoughts have on our psyche and general feelings, not allow painful deductions or assumptions to take hold, and cause us upset, or as a consequence direct our anger toward people such as myself, for being a law student, that’s not for show, that’s because those were my strengths in writing and I was a straight A student as an undergrad, a writer. So if there is an upset, weigh the upset, what are the factors or thoughts contributing to the upset, write a list, then write a separate list on how your life is presently, and what you would be thinking absent minded hearing of things, or seeing something to make you think that, always question what is causing me to think this, and what can I do to not think this.

According to Stanford Prevention Research Center, “IDEAS is comprised of 10 phases (empathize, specify, ground, ideate, prototype, gather, build, pilot, evaluate, and share), grouped into 4 overarching stages: Integrate, Design, Assess, and Share (IDEAS). [3]

Let’s evaluate the value of mymollydoll:

  • Empathize: Is a law student, who has experienced recovery and hospitalization and breakups, and has lived a long life, a meaningful life in which is connected to public figures in history, who are well known, some admired and some hated, and how she managed to live life unaffected and positive and get into law school, and her experiences in life that made her an advocate through work, and the stories she ahs shared that have caused people to think less of her, or not relate to her, or think she is something that she is not, not careful thoughtful and hardworking.
  • Specify: She grew up on Rockingham and grew up close to The Simpson Family. This only matters because The Kardashians became successful so they think that I am read because Kris Jenner attended my volleyball birthday party as a child, and had one playdate with Khloe. As a blogger Leslie lives a separate life and does not know the Kardashians in real life, but knows The Simpson family, and lost contact with them 2015-2022, while struggling with mental health issues, but has since reunited and does her best to check on others, and be the person she was before she was hospitalized.
  • Ground: Leslie is a blogger and a writer online, she outlines her progress by sharing fitness routines, weight loss strategy, continuing her education, she showed us her Master’s Dissertation, and we saw her graduated from Law School, and she worked on a self-help book and autobiography, that she shared with us. She came from a good life, and then made mistakes in life and was punished, and has been treated for addiction and drinking, but has remained sober since 2006 with a few relapses drinking. Her life theory is to share and to be there for others. Her solutions are based on her wellness and availability to speak, when she is doing well, her audience enjoys hearing from her, when we is not doing well she is hard to understand, and when she does not feel good, it does not make things better, and people want to feel well and worry about her.
  • Ideate: Leslie is aware of all the theories and important figures in history and is well aware of how things seem but has not exhibited any writing or any self-destructive behaviors throughout her life, not until 2017 when she started hitting her head and getting voices, Leslie had no mental health issues growing up not on medications and had no performance issues on day meds until after law school started 2011. Leslie got As in law school before she stopped functioning and lost focus and does not know why.
  • Prototype: Leslie lost 50 lbs 2014-2015 and wanted to start building her website at that point, but was delayed, hospitalized, she then had to finish her Masters to be able to get a paying job, and held off on online writing, until she started improving again. Leslie’s blog and her ideas were published online, as well as all her college writings and law school notes, and papers, so people know what she is like as a student. Before deciding on Law School, Leslie got her Paralegal Certificate and before that she wanted to get her Masters in Sociology and write research papers for a living, why she likes blogging.
  • Gather: Leslie has been writing everyday for several years and made so much progress, that she has been able to articulate so much about what battling mental health issues are like, so that she is not hospitalized anymore, has a level head on her shoulders, knows when something is wrong, knows when to get help, and knows when she has been hurt. She is a very caring person, who holds others up on a pedastle, that is how loving she is, she is always there for those she cares about and does not give up.
  • Build: Leslie took one course at general assembly before building her website on wordpress, before that she used a click and drag website builder, weebly, for years. Leslie built her following through her dedication to writing, that is how she was built and sustained an audience, and by staying well throughout the writing process, she has no history of drug use or alcohol abuse or medication abuse as a blogger, or of promiscuous sex, she has remained chaste, she shares if she dates and does so responsibly, Leslie is not provocative, she does not shock her audience, she always seeks permission and outlines where she is headed whats shes thinking and whats shes doing with her life, she barely ever keeps secrets, and does not feel comfortable, in the event there is anything mentally ill thought of her, she is kind enough to share about it.
  • Pilot: The first website Leslie created did well, so she started over on a new website that started out 8 million in the world, and is now in the 300,000s in the world, her first website was ranked in the top 14,000s in the world alongside other top bloggers. Leslie does not make money through her blogging she does not know how, but she writes with the intent to publish a book one day, without rehashing her childhood or mention OJ.
  • Evaluate: Leslie always seeks help and guidance in the event she is not feeling well she has been in therapy since 2017 and for years compliant, and has also sought psychiatric care, her recovery plan from mental health issues has always been based in accountability, sharing, keeping a calendar, and not afraid to share what meds she is taking, Leslie’s condition is not a secret, she is either not feeling well or doing well and when she is doing well we can tell by her writing, when she is not well we cannot relate to her and do not understand her, it is clear when she not able to write and struggling with the physical symptoms of mental illness, that is clear which affect her writing.
  • Share: Leslie shares all her work online for free, she doesn’t ask for likes, follows, she does not share who likes or follows her, she does not write about others, she does not bother or text anyone for help or present as in need, she is always supportive of others, that’s her gift in life, her enthusiasm for life, and her tolerance of difficulty.

You might now know but I have wanted to support Brady over the years for some time now, and keep in touch as I make progress in my own life, and run ideas past them, on the things I talk about to help and otherwise scary situation in which creatively people feel like they are at a steadfast, waiting on a good feeling to create a good feeling, sometimes as a creator you have to create a wellness to an outlook without having the feeling of everything being okay, that’s being professional you work until things are well, and if you have the time and guts to share like me, share to others along the road to your own recovery from misunderstandings or getting stable again, that helps to build stability for all, without letting anyone fall through the cracks. Know that I am doing important work to speak to all of you, and when I am not feeling well.

I’m sorry for saying all the things that people probably don’t want to hear, that I’m not feeling well, that I’m not open to coding, that I’m not for use or reference, or that I don’t have solutions for your thinking about things, which doesn’t make sense because I have been writing online for 10 years and have been fine, an everyday runner and work sometimes, rest sometimes, and sometimes go to the hospital but always make progress, its really never been about what others think, or feeling bullied, that’s a new concept, once you start providing care, expected to provide care, without money or reward, that’s true and those are my motivations to work until things are better, the reward doesn’t matter as much as the feeling that gets created through presenting work online, that’s the feeling that last. A feeling that doesn’t last is one that causes pain, let down, incomplete, or not forward thinking, wasting time describing what is wrong, instead of doing what is right, talk to #scotus.
