What’s Bringing You Down in Life …

To me it makes no sense why on a peaceful day such as today, one can not be feeling well, and you wonder, what is going through my mind differently than on any other day when I was feeling well, and how much of that is in my control. What can I do to make things in my life better, and also do a good job proving to others that I am sound of mind and sound of heart, in this present moment doing my best, to be the best version of myself. That doesn’t mean you have to be the best, that doesn’t mean that you have to compete, that doesn’t mean that you have to explain for what anyone else is going through, life would be too tough if you would constantly group people as similar who are nothing the same in life.

So what’s bringing you down in life? Is it someone’s diagnosis, is it an expectation, is it something that you wish to be provided to you, is it a solution to your symptoms, is it wanting to feel better, is is overcoming rejections, is it wanting an explanation for why anyone else is not feeling well, are you here to help yourself, are you here to help others, are you here to help me, what benefit do you derive from reading or participating in the development of a well mind among others, and what are your expectations of people online, as providers, where is the incentive in improving, and what keeps you driven, and in what ways when someone is not feeling well, how does that make you feel tired or less driven, in what way are you affected by a persons health, and well being, and at what point do you let go and over what types of circumstances lead you to believe that it is what you are connected to that is causing you sickness or voices, what can you when you feel like youre being brought down in life?

What’s bringing me down in life, is that even though life is moving forward and people are experiencing success people still don’t feel good and blame one another when they don’t feel good, and to me that’s a failed system of support, when we are scared of one another, when our predictions of one another are off, and when we expect less of one another, where did the surprise of wellness and rising to occasions ever go, in what way are we bound for sickness the worse we think of one another, and in what way does a system of thinking poorly of one another, fail medically in determining whats wrong with people. It could be the very fact of thinking poorly of someone weighing and assessing variables on a person, that can cause a person illness, it’s when under review in the negative that we suffer most, nothing that we can do about it, but be affected, and that’s losing your power in life. Everyone else playing doctor getting to the bottom of whats wrong with you, and for everything to go haywire before things get better, it’s as though youre not even afforded youre own stability in the grand scheme of things, like youre expected to fall apart and make things about you, its if you cant make things about everyone else, is how selfish a disease such as mental illness appears on its face, as though you carry the wrong determinants, and to your detriment you suffer not feeling apart of the own system of writing that you established online in two websites that was working for everyone to follow, and be updated on things to think about. In what way are writers sensitive in a good way, and in what way is that not selfish or the kind of right to privacy that we should consider fundamental to their own stability, how many times must you see everything and know everything about a person to trust them, advise them, or help them, and how many times must you test the temperments and abilities of people before you get what you want instability, insult.
