Current goal is to stay sober, lose weight, start running again.
Continue to work on my mental health, be normal online.
Focus on what Im doing and saying and how I feel figure out.
Continue to be honest and make an effort, forgive myself when I experience mental illness, dysfunction, or inability to write.
Keep working hard, and get through the days and headaches.
Follow-Up: Go to doctors appointments, get my health in order.
Work towards a normal life, texts, message, friends, and date.
Work towards being able to work or publish a book one day.
Big Projects on Hold: Research writing, building add’l websites.
Big Project on Hold: Book writing, put value online, to earn privacy to write a book.
Work through voices, whats real whats not real, focus on that.
Try to get in a better place mentally to start PHP group therapy.
Discontinue the court stuff for now, focus on getting well mentally, and not get headaches, or have a heart condition now. (See the PCP Doctor on Wednesday). -Heart condition, prevention is start a new pill now (beta blocker) PCP explains each med and checks me now.
